The Story of Phriendly Phil’s Auto Care
Established in 1972, Clinton Alignment Brake & Muffler Center has been a Clinton institution for half a century. Owner Phil Shaw has been working in the trenches at our shop since 1980. Even before he graduated from Camanche High in 1982, Phil knew that a life of wrenching was in his blood. By 1995, he managed to buy Clinton Alignment and continue a proud tradition of automotive repair success. In 2022, Clinton Alignment became Phriendly Phil’s Auto Care.
Phriendly Phil’s Auto Care is all about keeping local vehicles running in tip-top shape. As a community shop with ASE, AMSOIL, and NAPA certifications, we’re all about commitment to auto repair excellence. Thanks to over 40 years of on-the-ground experience, owner and ASE Master Technician Phil can tackle any repair. Whether it’s a head gasket replacement or finding an electrical fault, Phil and his crew always solve the problem in short order.
